Jacob Brown is a Harlem based Scenic Designer hailing from Bakersfield, California. He received his MFA from Ohio University in 2018. He has designed scenery for 30 productions of Musical theater in the Southern California region, Ohio and New York City. His work can also be seen in the 2021 Stanley Steemer National Commercial Spring Cleaning. He recently was a recipient for the 2021 Jack and Anita Hess Faculty Seminar: LGBTQ+ Histories of the Holocaust Honorarium. This goal is what makes the long hours short, the experiences grand, and the friendships endearing.
